Every tool on StellarisDB answers on the server: put /calc in front of the tool's own address and its query, and the page returns the result as plain text and tables — no scripts needed. Built for assistants that read pages for a player (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot) and for anyone who wants the number without the page. Add format=json for JSON.

Empire builder check

Whether ethics, authority, civics, origin, species class and traits go together by the game's own rules, and what breaks if not.

Ship design totals

A ship design's hull, armor, shields, evasion, speed, power, damage a day, cost and upkeep from the game files (base values), and whether every slot and the power add up.

• s (required) — ship size (corvette, destroyer, cruiser, battleship, titan… key or name)
• x — sections in slot order, joined by dots (keys or names: CORVETTE_MID_S3 or Interceptor)
• w — weapons in slot order, joined by dots; - leaves a slot empty (SMALL_MASS_DRIVER_1 or Small Mass Driver)
• u — utilities in slot order, joined by dots
• r — core parts (reactor, FTL, thrusters, sensors, combat computer), joined by dots; left out = the starting parts
