The Starbase View allows administration of a Starbase.
Available tabs:
- Command: shows an overview of the starbase's Modules and Buildings. It also enables upgrading the starbase to the next tier when the required Technology has been researched
- Defenses: shows any Defense Platforms and clicking a design builds more of them
- Army Hub: provides a way to assemble a large number of Assault Armies. Armies are assembled on available 
Colonies in the 
Sector, and are either gathered at the starbase or with an Army with Rally Troops enabled
- Shipyard: allows the building of both Utility Ships and Military Ships
