Javorian Pox is an orbital bombardment stance in Stellaris 4.5.2. It does ×0.2 damage to the planet and ×1.5 to armies (×1 is the normal rate). Its pop kill chance is 1.5, 0 for robotic pops. A fleet can use it only while its empire owns the relic Javorian Pox Sample.
