How to get Identity Copies
Research in Stellaris is drawn: each area offers 3 cards at a time, weighted by each technology's draw weight (here 0) and its weight modifiers. Tier 4 opens after 6 tier 3 technologies of the same area.
It needs no other technology.
- DLC: machine age
In the game
We will be able to copy the identity and memories of a Synthetic into a new mechanical body. The copies have predictable skill sets but make for stale conversation.
Console command
Typed in the game's console (the ~ key); achievements are off for that game.
